How can we differentiate between Love and Lust?

The difference is fairly obvious isn't it?
Lust springs from the loins, Love dribbles out from the heart. Lust feeds on porn, Lust feeds on delusion. Lust is up one minute, down the next. Love is constant, longsuffering and kind and was invented by Saul of Tarsus after he went blind.

Correction.actually I meant to write, ' Love feeds on delusion' but love and lust have that much in common though lust is delusional acutely whereas love is chronic, even life threatening.
